Gama operates with an established fleet of plant, equipment, and vehicles that supports delivery across all project stages. These resources are maintained within the business, allowing execution to be carried out with control, continuity, and consistency across multiple workfronts.

Systems & Control

Fleet operations are managed through an integrated system combining Microsoft Dynamics 365 and connected third-party platforms. This provides full visibility across the lifecycle of plant and equipment, from procurement and deployment through to maintenance and disposal.

Operational data is transmitted in real time from project sites and workshops through GPS tracking, telematics, and on-board equipment sensors across plant, equipment, and fleet vehicles. This includes location tracking, journey management, equipment utilisation, and load monitoring for heavy vehicles, with continuous visibility of operational performance as it occurs.

This data is consolidated and managed centrally, allowing fleet operations to be monitored, controlled, and coordinated through a single system. Decisions relating to deployment, maintenance, and utilisation are made with accurate, current information, maintaining consistency across all active projects.

This integrated approach ensures that plant and equipment are not only available, but actively managed, maintained, and optimised to support project delivery at all times.
