Our scope included extensive earthworks with bulk cut-and-fill operations, grading, hauling, and multi-layer compaction to prepare the site platform. Coastal Landscape and Infrastructure Works

A completed 411,746 m² landscape infrastructure development along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. The works included hardscape, softscape, paving, irrigation, lighting, stormwater systems, and street furniture. Delivered as part of a wider coastal masterplan, the project supports residential and community spaces through a durable and functional public realm.

Earthworks & Utility Corridors

As part of wider enabling works, this project combined large-scale earthworks with trench excavation for utilities. Our scope included mass excavation, grading of corridors, trenching and duct installation, and backfilling with engineered fill. The bulk earthworks provided stable formation levels across the site, while the integrated utility corridors supported the reliable rollout of utilities.
