Quality Control

Quality is embedded across all stages of delivery, from planning and procurement through to execution and handover. Gama operates structured quality systems that govern how works are defined, controlled, inspected, and verified against project requirements.

Quality Management System

Gama maintains a certified Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015, supported by defined procedures, controls, and continuous performance monitoring. Quality objectives are established across the organisation and tracked to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.

This system is applied across all projects, ensuring that materials, workmanship, and execution processes meet defined standards and client expectations at every stage of delivery.

Planning & Control

Quality is planned into each project from the outset. Inspection regimes, acceptance criteria, and control procedures are clearly defined and applied through Method Statements and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring that work is carried out consistently and in line with approved requirements.

Control is maintained throughout execution through defined hold points, inspection stages, and verification processes. Non-conforming work is identified early and prevented from progressing, maintaining consistency across all workfronts.

Digital delivery tools, including Building Information Modelling (BIM), are used across the full lifecycle of projects, from design development through to construction and long-term operation. Models support coordination between disciplines, inform planning and sequencing, and form part of the asset record used in operation and maintenance. This maintains alignment between design intent, construction delivery, and operational performance throughout the life of the asset.

Inspection & Assurance

Inspection and testing are carried out in a structured and consistent manner, supported by qualified personnel and defined procedures. Records are maintained to demonstrate compliance with specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.

Internal audits and quality reviews are undertaken to verify system implementation and identify improvement opportunities. Where non-conformances arise, corrective actions are implemented and tracked through to resolution.

This approach maintains consistency in delivery, reduces rework, and ensures that quality is built into execution rather than assessed at completion.

Delivery Outcomes

Projects are delivered in line with design intent, defined standards, and client requirements, with full traceability across materials, processes, and inspections.

The result is controlled delivery, consistent performance, and assets that operate as intended over the long term.

Policies & Certifications

Gama’s approach to quality is supported by formally issued policies and certified systems, which are communicated across the organisation and made available to stakeholders where required.
